Instructions for taking water sample (call with questions)
Fill bottle 95% full with your water sample (instructions enclosed) and drop in the nearest mailbox or at one of our drop off locations. Your results and bill for $65 ($130 for chemistry) will be mailed back to you within one week. 48 hour rush/fax/email service is available upon request ($3.00 additional). Bacteria and chemistry analyses together are $195. All reports will contain recommendations on how to solve any water problems.

Please leave your name, address and telephone number and you will receive one sterile 4 oz. bottle for bacteriological testing with a postage paid mailer. You will receive 2 sample bottles if you request chemistry.
